Courtesy Health Screening, Inc. is a 501(c)3* non-profit facility dedicated to saving lives through early detection of potentially serious health problems. Local residents between the ages of 30 through 64 can receive CONFIDENTIAL free basic screenings that include the following tests:

Prostate Screening (PSA)

Diabetes

Cholesterol (HDL & LDL)

Triglycerides

HIV

Blood Pressure

Vital Signs

Courtesy Health Screening is open Tuesday-Saturday from noon - 7pm. No appointment is necessary, and testing should take no more than 15 minutes. Confidential results should be available within two hours.  Residents between the ages of 30-49 are eligible for screening every 2 years; while Residents between the ages of 50-64 are eligible for screening once a year.

Courtesy Health Screening will not refer to any particular physician, but will advise patients if tests indicate they should consult the doctor of their choice. Test results are disclosed to the Patient ONLY. We are NEITHER a testing/screening center for any other illnesses, diseases, drug use, bone breaks, lacerations, etc. NOR are we a treatment center for anything. This screening is not intended to interfere, in any way, with the relationship you may have with any doctor. Screening is done to give indications of risk for just some of the most common, “silent” health problems. You should go to the medical doctor of your choice for a full evaluation if screening results are abnormal.

Courtesy Health Screening, hopefully, will be funded by contributions from the general public. It was initially funded by the Investment Corporation of America and it’s family of companies which include: Music City Mall, Motor City Mitsubishi & Suzuki, MCM Elegante Hotel, MCM Grande & Fundome, A-1 Homes, Airline Mobile Home Park, CBS7, myTVl6, ICA Energy, and ICA Properties.
